The Mystery Road Trip Version: Player 1 fans the deck face-side down and Player 2 selects a card and turns it over. Et Voilà! There's your road trip! 

The Short Game Version: Play begins with the deck face down. On the count of three, the dealer flips the deck over and players who have been to the brewery on the top-facing card must try to be the first person to take the card and add it to their personal pile. If no player has visited the top-facing card's brewery the card is placed on the discard pile and play continues until all the cards are gone. The player with the most cards is declared the winner.  Endgame: pick a card from the discard pile and take the winner out for a brew!

The Long Game Version: Compete with a group of friends by setting a time limit (i.e. a month, a season) to visit the Ontario breweries depicted on the cards. At each brewery players must take a photo featuring that brewery's card. Players are given one point for each photo, and the designated driver is awarded two points. The player with the most points at the end of the time limit wins the game.  Scoring variations include total kilometres driven, total varieties of beer sampled, and total regions visited.

The Canadian Schoolyard Version: Player 1 (the owner of the deck) flips through each card in the deck while Player 2 declares either "been there" or "need 'em" according to whether or not they have visited that brewery. Player 1 can opt to trade a "been there" card for one of Player 2's beers.
